For those that have requested it, here is the my NVIS anteanna article. The key for ALE operation is a broadband antenna, that for our circuits below 14Mhz also provides NVIS performance. MARS-ALE, as it develops, will support the selection of multiple antennae as configured from the GROUP/Channel setup screen by virture of the integration of electronic antenna switches which can be controlled from logic level signals from the PC under MARS-ALE control.
